Welcome to BC PharmaCare's public survey of drugs being reviewed for coverage. This survey is for tezepelumab (Tezpire) as an add on maintenance therapy in adult patients with chronic rhinosinusitis with nasal polyps (CRSwNP) inadequately controlled by systemic corticosteroids and/or surgery.
