Nurse survey: building community knowledge about PharmaCare

Welcome!
This survey is part of a project to help community organizations share information about PharmaCare with the people they serve.
The seven-question survey will be open during the month of May, 2026.
Please do not include personally identifiable information about yourself or any third-party individuals in your responses.
Thank you very much for your participation!

Do your clients have difficulty understanding if they are eligible for certain PharmaCare plans, or if they need to apply? Have you noticed confusion about which medications are covered, how much PharmaCare will pay, or when clients need to pay out-of-pocket? Are any groups you work with—such as newcomers, unhoused individuals, seniors, or youth—experiencing specific barriers to understanding PharmaCare coverage? If yes, please explain. Your suggestions for improving materials are welcome!
Are there certain PharmaCare plans or programs that you wish your clients knew more about?
Do you interact with shelters, youth centres, cultural associations, or other community organizations? Let us know who’s part of your network; we’d like to learn what types of organizations you commonly interact with, especially if there are communities that need support with medication.
Are there any practices, tools, or resources related to medication coverage that would be valuable for us to share with them? We’d also love to hear about what’s working well.
We can create a range of materials, including printable guides, posters, slide decks, PDFs, short videos, scenario-based staff scripts, conversations guides, FAQs that reflect common real-world situations, and more. Which formats work best for your colleagues and/or staff?
