Pharmacist survey: building community knowledge about PharmaCare

This survey is part of a project to help community organizations share information about PharmaCare with the people they serve.

The seven-question survey will be open from November 13, 2025 to January 2, 2026.

Please do not include personally identifiable information about yourself or any third-party individuals in your responses.

Do your clients have trouble understanding if they are eligible for certain PharmaCare plans, or if they need to apply? Are they confused about which medications are covered and how much PharmaCare will pay? 

Are any groups you work with—such as newcomers, seniors, or youth—experiencing barriers to understanding PharmaCare coverage? If yes, please explain. 
Are there certain PharmaCare plans or programs that you wish your clients knew more about?
Do you interact with shelters, youth centres, cultural associations, or other community organizations? Let us know who’s part of your network; we’d like to learn what types of organizations commonly interact with pharmacies.
Are there any practices, tools, or resources related to medication coverage that would be valuable for us to share with them? We’d also love to hear about what’s working well.
